Our love for WiFi starts with our toll-free phone number;  855-LUV- WIFI.  We strive to delight our clients with a wifi experience so transparent, they seldom think about how good it really is!

When you think of the perfect Wi-Fi experience, what words would you use to describe it?  Fast? Automatic? Reliable? Easy?  One thing these all nouns/adjectives have in common is they make the guest Wi-Fi experience  lovable ; a delightful experience that guests will thank you for.

In this post we explore four ways to get there.

1. Get off to a great start

Today's WiFi should just work. If you know the password on one device, it should not prompt you for it again, on another device. It should just work.  If there is a promotional or informational start screen, it should be responsive to the device you have connected to the wifi with.  It should look good on a Computer, Tablet and Phone.

2. Anticipate Needs (with Permission)

A modern WiFi network knows when you have arrived home from work. It should automatically turn on your lights, if at dusk or later and turn you television on to your favorite channel if you desire. There is an incredible about of technology in your pocket or bag, and a good WiFi partner can show you how to harness it.

3. Hey, I know you!

If you have multiple properties, or locations, your guest/residents should not have to identify themselves or their needs to you again, you already know them. If you stay at a Holiday Inn or a Crowne Plaza, we will remember you and your needs.  If you are at one of Condominium properties, you will be know throughout the entire property and all other associated properties.  Since I now know you, I can give you credit for being a local guest of mine.

4. Where are my KEYS?

If we know who you are, and that you are authorized, we can unlock the door for you!  No need to look for your keys anymore.

4. I'll be Streaming of (for) you, all night long.

According to a recent study, 85% of Guests/Residents want to stream video and audio. Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV put a strain on traditional networks, In addition, they want to stream from their device to the TV in the room. With our technology, we can setup private networks and virtual local area networks, that make this happen instantly.

The writer can show their personality: In blog posts, the writer has more leeway to add in their voice and personality than other types of writing. Blogs are a great form of mass communication: You can help people, learn new things, entertain your audience-the possibilities are endless and amazing. Blogging opens up all of these to a very wide audience. You can make money: Get the right blog going and you can make a lot of money through advertising and sponsored posts. It allows people to craft better thoughts: Instead of reading haphazard, uneducated Facebook statuses, it's much better to see people's thought process in a well-written blog post. You can establish a community: Blogging allows you to connect with other individuals who share the same interests. Sharing ideas and opinions within your community helps establish yourself as a thought le...
