Field Technician
This is an Entry Level to Mid-Level position. It is field
based where you will interact and represent the Company to clients on a daily basis.
Location Available: CA, KY, OH, GA and FL.
Pulling & Testing Cable
You will be responsible for pulling Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Fiber at various job sites. Using supplied equipment you will test and certify cables.

Install Wireless Access Points
Mount and test wireless access points as directed by the Network Engineers Site drawings. Attention to detail and pride in work are required.
Configure Wireless Network
Responsible for configuring network equipment including Routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points.

Appointment Professional
This is a telemarketing/appointment setting position. You will follow-up on Client inquires from our Marketing efforts & cold call potential clients introducing them to our Services.

Location Available: Eastern & Western time zones. 
Work from home position. Requires Internet access and computer.
Pleasant Phone Personality
You will be the first point of contact for potential future Clients. We must respect their time and be courteous, while explaining how we can help.

Self-Motivated
The position has a manager that is always available to you. You are required to work at your own pace and achieve specified quotas. This can be a very rewarding position.
Information Provider
Many future Clients do not understand WiFi. They do know the problems they are having. You need to be able to facilitate potential solutions using company resources.

You are 100% accountable for Client satisfaction. All Company resources available to you to insure your Client is delighted.

Customer Events
Along with managing Technical issues, it will be your responsibility to invite your Customers to all Social events; Football, Baseball, Trade-shows, etc.
Organized Machine
You must capture Client issues and concerns and create the series of events to resolve any Client issues. Provides daily and weekly updates to Management.
